• Content you create — the ideas, outlines, scripts, and channel information you generate or store in the Service.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Paddle. We receive your subscription plan, status, and transaction records, but we never receive or store your full card details.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as log data and feature usage, used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Generate AI content you request and save your work;
• Process subscriptions and provision credits;
• Send account, billing, and service notifications;
• Detect, prevent, and address abuse or technical issues.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles customer service enquiries relating to payments and processes your payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

AI processing

Content you submit for generation is processed by third-party AI model providers solely to return the requested output. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train third-party models beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example payment processing, hosting, and AI inference), and only as needed to provide those functions, or where required by law.

Data retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. You may delete your content at any time, and you may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your rights
