The Service

Vireo Studio is an AI-powered copilot that helps creators plan and write YouTube content — generating ideas, outlines, and scripts. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with usage measured in credits.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions, billing, and trials

• Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly or yearly through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
• Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the plan price is charged. You can cancel any time during the trial and no charge is taken.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
• Generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are free to use the outputs you generate. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

Credits

Subscription plans include a monthly allotment of credits used to power AI generation. Credits are provided for use within your billing period and, unless stated otherwise, do not carry a cash value.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vireo Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify the Service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
